Spring is around the corner, and we have our fingers crossed to stay above 50 degrees. Hoboken was in bloom this past Saturday, and we’re looking forward to more weekends just like that ☀️

• Hoboken Cracks Down on Lithium-Ion Battery Storage. In a move to boost safety, Hoboken just passed a new ordinance regulating how lithium-ion batteries can be stored in residential and commercial buildings. The rules come after a spike in dangerous fires linked to improperly stored e-bike and scooter batteries. Building owners will need to follow stricter guidelines to help prevent future incidents.
